They are composed of rice cake, the sauce(powder) packaged in a cup, and it can be stored at room temperature for 1 year. Therefore, it is very easy to carry and store. As this is a ready-to-cook product, you need only 2-3 minutes to make it in a microwave or pan. In addition, Joayo Topokki differs from any other Topokki, because it consists of No Alcohol Rice cake and No Meat Sauce. Therefore, although Joayo Topokki does not have HALAL certification, Muslims can enjoy Joayo Topokki.
