UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is a high-density polyethylene with a weight average molecular weight of about 1 million or more, commonly known as â€˜UPEâ€™. It is mainly used for applications requiring low friction coefficient, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance such as guide rails, chain guides, chain conveyors, and rollers for conveying machines, because of its best impact resistance and abrasion resistance all thermoplastic plastics.

1. UPE NAT2. UPE ESDAntistatic grade of UPE keeps the surface resistance in the range of R6 ~ R9 continuously.It can be used for static electricity prevention in electric, electronic industry and clean room equipments.3. UPE ASTThe antistatic grade of UPE keeps the surface resistance in the range of R2 ~ R5 continuously.It can be used for static electricity prevention in electric, electronic industry and clean room equipments.4. UPE CNTIt is a high-grade material that dramatically improves antistatic function by using the advanced method of compounding carbon nanotube (Carbon Nano Tube) with existing UHMW-PE. It keeps the stable property, electric conductivity, and resistance constantly regardless of changes in the surrounding environment. It can be used as a material for various semiconductors, LCD equipment, and precision electronic equipment.
